Early Registration Entry Fees:
- Open Pro: $375
- Women's Open Pro & Master's Open Pro: $275
- Open, Masters Open, Women’s Master’s Open, Senior Open, Youth Open, Women’s Open, Bowhunter, Youth Female Open, Olympic Recurve, Women’s Recurve, Barebow, Women’s Barebow, Youth Recurve, Youth Female Recurve: $175
- Longbow, Master's Recurve, Women's Bowhunter, Youth Bowhunter: $100 (medal only non-eliminations)
After 11:59pm EST, January 2, 2025 registration entry fees will be:
- Open Pro: $425
- Women's Open Pro & Master's Open Pro: $325
- Open, Masters Open, Women’s Master’s Open, Senior Open, Youth Open, Women’s Open, Bowhunter, Youth Female Open, Olympic Recurve, Women’s Recurve, Barebow, Women’s Barebow, Youth Recurve, Youth Female Recurve: $200
- Longbow, Master's Recurve, Women's Bowhunter, Youth Bowhunter: $125 (medal only non-eliminations)
All Classic Registrations include a $25 non-refundable Lane Reservation Fee. Registration Deadline is 11:59pm, Wednesday, January 15, 2025
All cancellations prior to 11:59pm EST, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 will receive a refund minus the $25 Lane Reservation Fee. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after 11:59pm EST, Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Cancellations made after 11:59pm EST, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 will forfeit their entire Registration Fee & Lane Reservation Fee without exception.
Qualification/Competition Rounds Shooting Times:
Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 12pm and 4:30pm, and Friday, January 24, 2025, at 7:30am, 12pm and 4:30pm
Eliminations:
All divisions with eliminations will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 8:00am. Please see the Shoot-Up Schedule for more detailed information.

Event T-Shirt
During registration, you will have the option to pre-order an event t-shirt for $20. Please select the quantity and sizes you would like. Limited quantities will be available onsite.
Practice Pass
Take advantage of our special offer during registration and save! When registering, you have the option to buy a practice pass for $15. If you don't want to purchase a practice pass, simply select "no practice" during registration. Practice passes will also be available for purchase onsite for $20. This pass grants you access throughout the entire weekend.
